Pro adds B2B and security-policy controls. On paid plans, extra MAU past your allowance is metered per user. Each Cairo month's MAU overage is capped at one month of your plan's undiscounted list price by default unless you raise the budget. Annual plans get two months off the base subscription while usage keeps the same rate. SMS and add-ons are separate. Free pauses new sign-ups at the cap; existing users always sign in.

What counts as a monthly active user?
A monthly active user is one unique end user who authenticates in a Cairo calendar month. Users who never return that month cost nothing.
What happens when I pass my MAU allowance?
Paid plans meter each extra MAU at the plan's per-user rate, with lower rates on higher plans. Each Cairo month's overage is capped at your overage budget, which defaults to one month of your plan's list price. When the accrued overage reaches your budget, new sign-ups pause for the rest of the Cairo month; existing users keep signing in and everything already served still bills.
Is there a limit on extra MAU?
The limit is your overage budget, not a user count. It defaults to one month of your plan's list price and you can raise, lower, or zero it in billing settings - zero means a hard cap at your included allowance. When the budget is reached, new sign-ups pause until the next Cairo month or a higher budget.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. Usage such as MAU overage and SMS stays monthly at the same rates, and annual subscriptions are paid by card or mobile wallet.
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT. 14% is added at checkout on a local Egyptian invoice with your VAT number.
How do I pay?
Use a card or mobile wallet, billed in EGP from Cairo. No USD card is required.
How does SMS pricing work?
Phone OTP uses prepaid credit at EGP 1.00 per SMS segment and is available from Starter. OTPs stop sending when credit runs out, while email factors keep working.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard, with changes prorated at the next renewal. Monthly plans have no lock-in.
Do development environments count?
No. Every project gets a development environment with a small free user cap of 100 that never bills.
